Sturgerz- Motivation
Street foods are a
part of our society we not only can enjoy them any time at lower costs but also
the street foods make an important contribution to employment, household
revenue and food security, and help to meet the challenge of feeding urban
populations, particularly in developing countries.
Unfortunately their
quality grades are lowering down coupled with increasing prices. It’s time for
us to make these vendors aware of the fact that these two factors increasing prices
and deteriorating quality are not the
appropriate way to increase profit, but if you promise us the tasty and healthy food in justified price there is a
world to taste it.
We are making a
database of these vendors, based on the street food they are preparing its
taste, texture, fragrance, presentation and enjoybility.
