Paneer Tikka is mouth watering kind of snack for a lot of us. They are being enjoyed a lot in parties as a spicy snacks. Today I went out for shopping and found the vending stall with mouthwatering fragrance of spice in the market, and i cannot resist myself and have a bite of the dish, the vendor Manoj, the vendor knows how exactly to make the snacks, they were spicy and crunchy outside and moist inside. Taste and flavors are good and i had enjoyed it.

Harinder the head vendor of this chat cart is making delicious Nachos Chaat, I had eaten the dish and loved the uniqueness and innovation used in the dish, where else around you, you can have Nachos chaat with corn in India.  Presentation along with the taste and flavors are good and very enjoyable, although variety is compromised by the vendor for the specialization, and the services are like other vendors.

Street foods are a part of our society we not only can enjoy them any time at lower costs but also the street foods make an important contribution to employment, household revenue and food security, and help to meet the challenge of feeding urban populations, particularly in developing countries.

Unfortunately their quality grades are lowering down coupled with increasing prices. It’s time for us to make these vendors aware of the fact that these two factors increasing prices and deteriorating quality  are not the appropriate way to increase profit, but if you promise us the tasty and  healthy food in justified price there is a world to taste it.
